A definite lie in today - 7 a.m.
Breakfast was sausages - followed by the chance to balance, with a friend, on a seesaw 30 ft off the ground. " High Equilibrium" - A true test of nerve and friendship.
"Jacob's Ladder" is an enormous ladder where pairs of children help each other up to the next stage. Good co-operation skills are vital.
Lunch was burgers and dinner was a very good curry.
Each meal has a good range of choice, and lots of fruit and salad on offer.
Some of the children are even eating green vegetables!
A perfect afternoon involved a dip in the pool and the chance to try out a canoe capsize. Excellent news on such a warm afternoon. We even had a good giggle swapping bad jokes after the swim before heading back to the rooms to change for evening activities.
11 boys decided to forgo their swim to watch the England match. We invaded one of the teachers' lounges and watched in comfort. Come on England!!
Dance mat competitions and indoor laser are the evening activities and then it is off to bed!
