A good night's sleep was followed by a beautiful sunny day which started, for some at 5.30!
Lots of suncream was applied, water drunk and nerves were really tested.
Bacon, toast, cereal and fruit set us up for the day and gave us the energy for the seven activities which each group has undertaken.
Every group had the opportunity to have a go on the 3G swing, but no one screamed quite as loud as Mrs Friend. It was a real adrenaline rush.
Quote of the day, from one lad was "Are we going on the G string next?" Classic!
Lunch was chicken or sausage rolls and dinner was a very popular choice of hotdogs or gammon. The vegetarians and children with food intolerances are being well looked after, and the much needed carbs are being rapidly consumed.
Many people were brave enough to take the "Leap of Faith", climb, abseil or try "High Equilbrium" and lots and lots of photos have been taken.
Aeroball has been a big hit and they continue to work on their computer game programs.
This evening is our "Pool Party" and good way to cool down after a warm and busy day.
Tired but still smiling!
